**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's appointment book.
- Process payments for services rendered.
- Provide information about the salon's services and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain customer records and update contact information.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, TW9 1AS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
