**Key Objectives**:

- Maintenance of Sales Forecasting system - specifically French and German Markets
- Reporting
- Extraction of customer sales date (EPOS) for collation and distribution

**Main responsibilities**:
**Forecasting**:

- Collate & maintain forecast records for each product in obtaining data from sales team on time to help support creation of the forecast for the French and German markets
- Forecast maintenance for France and Germany including:

- Prepare Forecast variance trending report
- Monthly variance reporting on forecast v actual sales
- Work with sales team to provide accurate forecasts based on analysis carried out and feedback
- Preparation of forecast reports for purchasing requirement reviews
- Assisting in preparation of reports for monthly Consensus Forecast Reviews (CFR process)
- Suggest product purchase orders based on analysis of forecast and sales data
- Submit PO cancellation requests to operations to avoid over-commitment to stock
- Support in collating & distributing sales out detail from customers (EPOS)

**Other**:

- Liaising with Global offices and 3rd party vendors & warehouses
- Creation/execution of ad hoc sales reports / future projection reports as requested
- Creation/execution of ad hoc stock reports / future projection reports as requested
- Any other duties that may be deemed necessary to meet the objectives shown above

**The person**
- A level or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- A high degree of numeracy, attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Confident communicator who is not afraid to challenge senior leaders
- Able to present large amounts of data in an understandable and translatable manner

Monday to Friday working 35.25 hours per week

Hybrid working following probation (2 days office-based, 3 days home)
