This role will include daytimes, evenings and weekend/public holidays working, so some flexibility is required.

As the new bar and restaurant supervisor you will be incredibly people focused with a real passion for the hospitality trade. You will have a keen eye for detail and always be looking at ways to improve service and standards. Training focused you will love mentoring staff and will always be looking at ways to take their abilities to the next level.

Key responsibilities:

- Training and motivating your staff
- Doing regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary
- Handling deliveries
- Maintaining the condition of beer and wine
- Overseeing or liaising with the kitchen
- Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises in the absence of the manager
- Enforcing health and safety rules
- Helping to adhere to budgets
- Dealing with difficult customers

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
