Driscoll Kingston Solicitors are on the lookout for a First Response Team Leader to join our new claims team. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, dynamic expanding specialist Solicitors firm who are looking to grow their Housing Disrepair department due to a high demand for their services and an expansion of their client portfolio.

**Duties include**:

- To report directly to the head of new claims.
- To manage a team of New Claims Advisors.
- To be the first point of contact for new claims via source referral and hot keys accurately.
- To add to the case management system all new claims via source referral
- To lead the team by example.
- To report performance or conduct issues to the head of new claims.
- Be responsible for staff performance within the team.
- To motivate, encourage and coach/training the team.
- To Liaise with Surveyors and sources of work
- Ensure that the team adhere to GDPR.
- To communication team goals.
- To undertake general administration duties from time to time.
- To manage allocation of cases on a daily basis.
