Patient Services Receptionist

**Job summary**
We are looking to recruit friendly, enthusiastic receptionists with good organisation and communication skills to join our team.
A summary of this role is to provide a point of contact for patients and act as a focal point of communication between patients, doctors, and other medical and admin staff.
**Main duties of the job**
Reception duties
Management of appointment systems
Management of medical records
Prescriptions
Preparation of consulting rooms
Operation of telephone system
Start and end of day procedures

**About us**
Heath Lane Medical Centre is a successful, growing Practice in the thriving city of Chester. We are looking to recruit motivated and friendly receptionists to join our Patient Services team. You will work alongside the wider clinical team and Partners to deliver excellent patient centred healthcare.
We work collaboratively with neighbouring practices as part of Chester East Primary Care Network to drive the development of sustainable models of care.
The post-holder will support the equality, diversity and rights of patients, carers and colleagues, to include:
