**GENERAL SUMMARY**

Focusing on the Celeros Flow Technology Closures manufacturing portfolio, the role of the Master Planner is to positively impact key operational metrics, including items such as on-time delivery, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, profit optimization, reduction from as-sold variations, resource utilization, and other efficiency measures. The job holder will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed master production and material plans to drive Engineering deliverables, Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and the planning of production capacity to support AOP. They will also be responsible for the coordination of Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales to resolve bottlenecks in supply and ultimately drive OTD.

**PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Thorough an in-depth knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP), create and maintain detailed master production and material plans to drive Engineering deliverables, Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and the planning of production capacity to support AOP.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales to remove bottlenecks and manage overall capacity requirements
- Sales and Operational planning rhythm to meet Customer demand dates while establishing level flow through operations execution by understanding capacity constraints and driving actions/solutions.
- Commit to deadlines, meet customer expectations, and maintain COTD.
- Run and control MRP to guarantee the required production flexibility and reach the targeted inventory levels.
- Support ComOps during the offer phase with feasibility / lead-time requests as required Influence and own resulting schedule agreements by function to meet Customer order
- Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for problem solving and introduce/integrate new technologies and/or new processes, as needed.
- Manage raw materials inventory levels and track buyers' processing of purchase requisitions to meet project requirements and own Advance order process where required.
- Ensure that the dates of supply orders are consistent with the dates required and alert the supply chain function and if this is not the case, seek mitigation plans.
- Develop and maintain necessary records and documentation in compliance with ISO system requirements.
- Anticipate subcontracting needs and communicate the requirements to the supply chain function.
- Regularly inform internal customers (projects/commercial) of order progress.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Able to function with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Must be able to plan, coordinate, prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Must have good presentation and communication skills.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- University Degree Education
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing/manufacturing planning.
