Senior Bartender

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Able to make ALL CLASSIC COCKTAILS
- being able to use the coffee machine to make basic coffees
- Oversee the bar operations and ensure smooth running during service hours
- Create and serve a variety of drinks to customers with flair and precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- maintain stock in the bar, being able to handle the heavy lifting of whats needed to stock up the bar.
- cleaning and restocking the bar at the end of the night

**Skills**:

- Proficient in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in bartending roles

Pay: £437.81-£565.36 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)
