To assist with the objective of providing an effective and efficient service to children and their families.

To coordinate Family Time arrangements on behalf of the children’s services teams. This may include facilitating contact between children and their families where required.

To provide supervision and appraisals for the Family Time team with the support of the Family Centre Team Manager.

To manage HR 21 system

To co-ordinate and chair regular reviews of family time

To ensure all statistical data is inputted and provided to the Family Centre Team Manager on a monthly basis.

Provide support to the Family Centre Team Manager with the maintenance and running of Thomastown House Building.

To co-ordinate sessional workers to ensure that the service is able to offer a full response to Children’s Services

Deputising in the day to day running of the Family Centre in the Team Managers absence.
