Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) Trainer and Tester to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing expert training and assessment for a range of construction plant equipment, ensuring that all trainees achieve the competence and safety standards required in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on various construction plant equipment in line with CPCS standards.
- Conduct both theoretical and practical assessments, ensuring compliance with CPCS test criteria.
- Develop and update training materials and courses to reflect the latest industry standards and practices.
- Provide support and guidance to trainees, helping them to achieve their qualifications.
- Ensure all training activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trainee progress and assessment results.
- Collaborate with the training center team to enhance the overall training experience.

**Requirements**:

- Accredited CPCS Trainer and Tester certification.
- Proven experience in training and testing within the construction plant industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high training standards and continuous professional development.
