**HR Administrator - Permanent - Antrim**
- Full Time Permanent
- Based in Antrim (Fully office based)
- £Negotiable salary & benefits package
- Reporting to Head of HR
- Leading manufacturing business

**Your focus will be to ensure the aims and values of the the business are upheld through providing professional HR advice and guidance to employees and line managers. Duties will include**:

- Ensure compliance on all employment related policies and procedures
- Provide an efficient Employee Relations advisory and associated administrative support to Managers/Supervisors.
- End to end volume recruitment and associated administration.
- Take the lead for HR projects

**Criteria**:

- Good level of education, minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent must include GCSE English and Maths *Grade C or above or equivalent
- Working towards or have obtained CIPD associate level
- A minimum of two years’ experience of providing a range of administration services
- Effective organisation, administrative and IT skills are required with particular knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Understand the importance of and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Ability to develop strong working relationships
- Good level of commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
- Ability to take minutes of meetings
