**About Us**

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is a professional recruitment consultancy based on the waterside Cams Hall Estate business park in Fareham, near to Port Solent and Portsmouth. We are one of the UK's top 200 recruitment companies and have an exceptional recordwith many key clients in the Built Environment, Water and Energy sectors. We are now looking for an additional Senior Recruitment Consultant to add to our team.

**The position**

**About you**
Ideally you will be a Recruitment Consultant with at least 6 months experience who is looking for an opportunity to grow your career quickly to Senior or Team Leader level. You will have a strong desire to succeed and you will be confident and ambitious. Youwill also be looking for a position that gives you the chance for self development and to earn excellent commission and bonuses through your hard work.
**The benefits**

You will be paid a good basic salary (negotiable) and will have an OTE individually tailored to your expectations. You will also benefit from team and individual incentive schemes and many company events.

- A first year total package of £45k-£60k OTE depending upon experience
