Extrusion Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Duration: Permanent

Shift: Nights (Monday to Thursday, 6pm-6am)

**Salary**: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to work night shifts within the Engineering industry. This is a permanent position based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

You will start on Day Shifts for training and then move on to Night Shifts.

You will be overlooking a team of operators to ensure all production targets are met.

**Requirements**:

- Supervisory experience within the Engineering industry is required.
- Extrusion experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills with both staff and management essential.
- Problem Solving and decision making are key attributes.
- Ability to liaise with management and follow instructions.
- Ensure all company paperwork and QC requirements are met.
- Team building.
