We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Quality Manager to join on of our leading Aviation Clients on a permanent basis at Heathrow

Job Purpose:
To carry out all day to day company regulatory services with responsibility to ensure the organisation meets / exceeds the regulatory requirements / standards necessary. You'll be working with, and reporting through, the Head of Quality & Compliance, a rangeof clients and wider business practices to drive efficiency and growth for the company.

**Duties**:

- Carrying out the administration of the regulatory oversight to ensure Quality & Compliance with the current standards in all areas of the organisation. To include, but not limited to: Audits, Training, Competencies.
- Carrying out regulatory oversight to ensure Quality & Compliance with the current standards in all areas of the organisation. To include, but not limited to: Audits, Training, Competencies, Human Factors, Just Culture.
- Act as the 'go to' person for all Quality & Compliance issues, for both internal and external customers
- Carry out Auditing of company sites, as required
- Act as Deputy for the Head of Quality & Compliance, as necessary.
- Attend Quality Assurance meetings both internal and external.

**Requirements**:

- Solid Aviation industry knowledge (Part 145 & Part 21 Regulations).
- Excellent attention to detail(s).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive in your approach to identifying and implementing improvements to workload.
- Confidence in handling large volumes of data in a clear and structured way.
- Solid problem solving and ability to make decisions.
- Analytic Capabilities.
- Guarantee health and safety, quality, compliance and regulatory standards are met.
- Regularly liaise with internal and external customers.
- Manage the day-to-day activities, time frames and expectations.
- To report to relevant personnel with key updates regularly.

Part 145 / 21 Responsibilities & Duties:

- For all issues relating to Quality & Compliance, report to the Head of Quality & Compliance or the Accountable Manager, in their absence.
- Ensuring that the quality of workmanship in the final product (s) is to a standard (s) acceptable to the organisation and the regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring the competence of all personnel by keeping a record of and establishing a programme of training and continuation training, through the Training and Quality Manager (s), using On the job instruction and evaluation examination.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the regulations, through auditing of all organisation functions, sites.
- Ensuring that all employees are familiar with, and fully understand the procedures, as laid down in all company documentation.
- Act as deputy, for any periods of absence, for the Head of Quality & Compliance.
- Ensure all administrative duties are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
