**Role: SEND Teaching Assistant**

**Location: Swanley, Kent**

**Pay rate: £85 per day**

Pathway Education is working with an “Outstanding” rated Special school in Swanley, Kent, that is looking for a full-time Teaching assistant to work with secondary aged pupils with SEMH (nurturing needs). Students have communication and interaction needs and each has their own EHCP. Pupils are aged between 11-18 and are taught in small class sizes (8-10) to ensure they receive extra academic, social and behaviour support to keep them on track in class and with their learning.
