Porter & Warehouse Assistant

Your Role:
As a porter/warehouse assistant you will be assisting the drivers with the deliveries and collections. It will involve loading and unloading vehicles, lifting items from heavy furniture to boxes of china. You will also be responsible for picking orders, checking back orders, organising stock and cleaning the equipment (this will include washing plates, cutlery, china etc using a dishwasher).

**Requirements**:
You need to be physically fit and able to lift large and heavy objects

You will need to be flexible and willing to work weekends and evenings

Excellent time management skills to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

Be able to work well under pressure

Have a good attention to detail

Effective communication skills

Be a good team player
