The Bradford Homeless Partnership are looking for a part time Housekeeper to help create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment. This role is in a service that offers high quality, safe and secure short-term temporary and emergency accommodation for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. An understanding of and/or experience of the challenges faced by people going through difficult times, gained through paid employment, volunteering or lived experience would be beneficial.
You will
- Be responsible for the internal and communal areas across two sites in Bradford.
- Ensure void properties are ready for re-let, report repairs; sustain stock and inventory levels
- Undertake internal and external domestic duties to maintain high standards.
- Comply with Health and Safety standards and procedures.
- Assist with tenancy activities to promote and support independent living.

The role requires travel across the Bradford District. A valid driving licence and the use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
The role is part-time, 20 hours per week. Hours are typically Monday-Friday with flexibility available on hours/days worked. £9.90 per hour.
