We're looking for a highly motivated Graduate, with a passion for events and education, to play a supportive role in the running of the client's Planet Possibility programme and drive its uptake and reach. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our outreachand recruitment events, which will include schools, youth clubs, careers fairs and community festival events.

**Role**
Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Graduate Events and Project Planner will be responsible for helping to plan and deliver innovative experiential events both physical and virtually, to excite and enthuse young people to participate in physics relatedSTEM learning activities and explore progression routes into physics related careers. This will be in line with Planet Possibility marketing and communications strategies.

We are looking for a creative individual with a talent for delivering outstanding, differentiated and immersive experiences both physical and virtual. The post holder will work with the client's Curriculum on the development of compelling events contentthat is both educational and entertaining, and with the Planet Possibility Social Media Producer on the development of events related communications which will drive up attendance, provide effective follow-up to convert leads and will ensure the success ofthe event.

We are also to looking for someone to drive engagement with the Planet Possibility programme by schools, youth groups and other organisations. You will be expected to build relationships with those organisations and develop networks that can used to furtherthe aims of the business as a whole.

You are expected to the single point of contact for organisations that are receiving activities as part of the Planet Possibility programme and are responsible for making sure all the information necessary for the delivering events has been sent and receivedi.e Risk Assessments, Safeguarding documentation, floor plans, details on attendance, schedules etc

The role will also involve the administration and organisation of the project as a whole, working closely with our Programme Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for the programme. You will perform variouscoordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.

We are looking for someone with a degree in Events Management and a good knowledge of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) would be desirable.

**Responsibilities**
- Planning and delivery of Planet Possibility outreach activities including, but not limited to, STEM truck visits to schools and youth groups.
- The creation of engaging and informative experiences for the Planet Possibility outreach activities
- Main point of contact for schools, youth groups and other organisations that the client is delivering events to.
- Increasing take up of the Planet Possibility Programme by schools, youth groups and other organisations.
- Assistance with the administration and management of the Planet Possibility programme including maintenance of documentation and budget tracking
- Collation of data associated with the Planet Possibility programme targets and KPIs
- Completion and communication of risk assessments, activity plans, safeguarding forms and all other documents relevant to the Planet Possibility outreach activities
- Co-ordination and registering of volunteers for the Planet Possibility Programme
