Specialising in high-end fit out and with an impressive portfolio of work across a range of sectors including hospitality, retail, industrial and leisure.

The Project

This is a freelance position on a large £10m factory refurbishment in the Scottish Central Belt. You will be site based for a maximum of 2 days per week, working closely with the site team to produce and work to detailed programmes.

**Requirements**:
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
- CSCS Card
- Degree, HND or equivalent industry qualification

Additional skills;
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to time manage and prioritise tasks
- Strong communication and attention to details
- Can operate effectively using relevant IT software

The Role

- Reporting to: Construction Director

Duties
- Ability to produce detailed programmes
- Liaising with surveyors, engineers and architects
- Report project progress regularly to Construction Director
- Build relationships with clients, contractors and consultants
- Providing design, procurement and construction programmes
- Communicate the projects expectations and performance measures to key stakeholders
- Update & record progress of the project within all stages and assist the project team with formulating mitigation actions
