The demand for our industry-leading SaaS (Software as a Service) e-commerce platform is continually growing and we are building a talented Service Delivery Team to coordinate our busy schedule of work, and to deliver successful projects to our clients.

**The role**

We are currently recruiting for a Project Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role will enjoy delivering projects for some of the world's best-known brands, including those from the social media, e-commerce, banking and travel industries.

**Knowledge and Specific Job Skills Summary**
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to manage and navigate challenging situations.
- Ability to confidently present our offering to both clients and team members, and to manage expectations to avoid scope creep.
- You will have a polite and friendly manner with the ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver detailed oriented projects.
- You will effectively manage your time, and available resources whilst prioritising and delivering several projects at once. Continually assessing processes to improve efficiency.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Key Contact within internal teams and stakeholders when delivering assigned digital projects.
- Lead client onboardings, and presentation of services whilst managing deliverables throughout the build.
- Become an expert in communicating our software service and coordinating the use of resources.
- Supported by our development team, administrators and platform you’ll be tasked with building and delivering new e-commerce stores from initial client discovery to launch.
- Support the Service Delivery Manager and CIO with strategic projects, complimenting our SaaS offering.

- Glasgow City Centre,
- Office-based during the probationary period with an option for a hybrid working
- Full Time, Permanent

**Experience**
- Essential that the applicant has experience in delivering projects within a coordinator or equivalent role. Experience should be clear within your CV and you may wish to expand on the relevant experience within a cover letter.
- Experience within the SaaS industry would be preferred but optional.
