Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages including cocktails in a timely and efficient manner. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly and make table order drinks.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS system
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning glasses, restocking inventory, and securing the bar area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and bartending techniques
- Must be at least 18 years old

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract

Pay: £6.87-£11.83 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
