**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**As our Reservation Agent, you will be integral in providing high end, personalised and memorable experiences for all our guests.**
- Reporting to the Reservation Sales Manager you will be responsible for taking reservations and sales enquiries.
- Managing bedroom and conference room inventory.
- Review activity reports daily to ensure accuracy of codes, rates and guest information.
- Work closely with other departments to accommodate guests’ special requests and amenities.
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner with extensive knowledge about all areas of the hotel.
- Carrying out administrative tasks, making reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel.
- Support reception desk when needed.
- Deliver creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Responsible for social media channels (Instagram Facebook)

**QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to respond to different work situations.
- Flexibility with shift times/availability.
