Playing a key part in our drive to bring environmental and social prosperity to the region we serve through our commitment to Love Every Drop are the Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance (IMR WRA) who are key to delivering sustainable solutions.

Comprising of Anglian Water, Clancy, Claret Civil Engineering, Public Sewer Services and Danaher & Walsh, the IMR WRA manages planned and emergency sewer, rising mains and SMART technology installation as well as maintenance and repair across the region.

What will you be doing as our new Project Coordinator?

The IMR WR Project Coordinator will assist the Programme Coordinator to manage the Risk identified Sewer Cleaning (RISC) and associated proactive jetting and CCTV, including all associated level monitor installations ensuring commercial viability whilst complying with all relevant statutory requirements and company policies.

Key elements of the role will be managing the site teams, collaborating with the WR network colleagues, managing key delivery stakeholders in the alliance as well as other external organisations, ensuring that the teams delivering the programme activity are effective and efficient with as little disruption to customers and the wider general public.

**Key responsibilities**:
Ensure that planned proactive programmes are carried out safely and effectively, whilst meeting all regulatory, requirements and avoiding adverse effects on downstream treatment processes.

Whilst working on behalf of the “asset owner for sewers, collaborate and support network colleagues to aid effective operations, post intervention.

Develop employees by active coaching in the workplace to ensure compliance with safety, service and quality standards at optimum cost.

Proactively inform customers of the programmed work and respond to customer concerns/complaints relating to Water Recycling Networks to resolve any dissatisfaction.

Through objective risk analysis minimise the unit cost of service provision by optimising all aspects of infrastructure operation with view to outperform outputs and budgets.
