Join our Sky Business Digital team and you’ll work across digital projects that drive our multi-segment and sector Sky Business services. You’ll be at the heart of delivering user centred design for the digital roadmap and optimisation that support our B2B connectivity and content business.
What you’ll do:
- You will join through an exciting moment to help us shape the new Sky Business customer experience.-
- Refining design briefings and helping to plan for the discover & UX strategy phase, as well as synthesising findings.-
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.-
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).-
- You’ll be familiar with designing and documenting complete design systems, as well as developing pixel-perfect UI components that are ready for production, ensuring design consistency.-
- Defining and conducting usability testing through UserZoom and looking at data in order to make informed decisions.-
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, other designers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product design and experiences.-
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer,- UI Designer
- or similar role.-
- You are a low ego and great team player who has a proactive mindset.-
- A naturally curious individual who can synthesise understanding from multiple inputs (quantitative and qualitative) to drive product and experience strategy.-
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate UX best practices.-

Sky Business Services is the business-to-business division of Sky. We provide a wide variety of commercial premises across the UK and ROI with unrivalled entertainment, unmissable live sport and breaking news - connecting and entertaining millions of people every day. We also provide communication services to its customers including Sky WiFI and Sky Ethernet. Our heartland is the licensed trade - pubs, bars and hotels - but we also provide entertainment and connectivity services to oil rigs, sports stadiums, offices, care homes and hospitals, just to name a few.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
