As a Sales Coordinator for Belmond Trains & Cruises, you are part of a team that makes every journey and stay with Belmond unique and legendary for each guest. In this role, you will provide administrative support for both the Groups and Leisure Sales team, principally handling group and charter enquiries, while also supporting the wider team in a variety of administrative tasks. Based at Central Office in London, and reporting to the Director of Sales, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, a strong cultural awareness and an unswerving approach to maintaining standards. **Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Loading any direct group or charter opportunities into Oracle.
- Responding to general requests from the travel trade and BCO (Belmond Commercial Organisation).
- Sending group proposals using GRAB and identifying and reporting any rate anomalies.

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:

- 2-4 years’ relevant experience within a similar role, ideally in the luxury sector.
- A diploma or relevant degree is advantageous.
- Initiative to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative, with exceptional communication and administrative skills.
- At all times, you will embrace and deliver the Vision of Belmond and strive towards the company’s strategy of being the world’s most desirable luxury travel brand.
