**Supply Teachers Needed**

**Location: St Albans**

**Day to day supply is typically between £130-£170 per day, dependent upon experience. For longer term positions, this is negotiated with yourself and the school but would generally be paid to scale.**

**Contract: Temporary, day to day, Long-term positions available**

We are looking to recruit reliable and flexible Supply Teachers in St.Albans and surrounding areas. As the Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering effective lessons, engaging students and leading inspiring classes. The role requires someonewith a passion for teaching who is enthusiastic about education and helping young people reach their full potential.

The Supply Teacher roles available offer flexibility for teachers looking to work on an ad-hoc basis We also have Supply Teacher positions for those looking to work as long-term cover

We would like you to have:

- Qualified Teacher Status (or a good level of experience)
- A passion for education in its widest sense
- Experience of teaching at secondary key stages
- A flexible approach
- A desire to support the wellbeing of students
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with a range of stakeholders
- The ability to show initiative, to multi-task and develop existing skills
- Ability to demonstrate patience, flexibility and a sense of humour
- Ability to cope with pressure and demonstrate a calm and measured response

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
