We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our commercial team based at our Preston office. Reporting to the senior quantity surveyor / commercial manager, you will be responsible for collating backup cost documentation to justify EWW payment claims for cost reimbursable projects and the validation of subcontract invoices for review by QS’s prior to payment, whilst also assisting in the preparation of minor works subcontract agreements.
**About you**
Aligned to our ethos and values, you will have some experience in a similar role, have good IT skills, be organised and diligent It goes without saying you will have excellent communication skills and are confident in using verbal and written communications.
