**Purpose/Objective**:
**Main Duties/Activities**:

- Prepare, present and serve both hot and cold food
- Service of hot drinks
- Knowledge of food preparation
- Cash handling and operating tills to process payments
- Work as part of a team to deliver high standard of customer service
- Record temperature checks in line with food hygiene standards
- Ensuring food counters are well presented and standards of cleanliness are always maintained
- Ensuring fridges and counters are stocked at all times
- Other duties commensurate with the Job Title

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 6 months previous experience within a food service role
- Cash handling skills
- Excellent planning, organising and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy catering environment
