**Software Consultant Trainer**

**£35,000 - £45,000**

**London/Hybrid**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct Property Management Software training sessions, in person, or over video calls
- Deliver implementation consultancy, in person, or over video calls
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineers, senior management) to address customer's needs
- Build relationships with key employees among customers
- Create plans to address client's business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a software trainer, client relations manager, or account manager, Prop Tech software, or working knowledge of either, TRAMPS, Mojo, Yardi, MRI Horizon, or ARGUS
- Background in customer service, Prop Tech, property accounts, or double-entry accounting would be a plus
- Experience tracking relevant KPI's (customer satisfaction & engagement)
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills, and a great communicator
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
