This role can be based from anywhere in the UK however due to the work being undertaken travel to Newport will be required

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Supporting the teams and making sure they are accurately resourced, motivated, and focused on delivering a quality service.
- Working with the teams in their continuous professional development and providing a focus on training, learning and development in their roles.
- Proactively finding opportunities to improve the service using insights to advise the wider Resourcing business
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Resourcing Hub, Talent Acquisition and Occupational Psychology Teams
- Creating and maintaining effective relationships with clients, taking lead for raised issues or actions providing a consultative approach

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and with an ability to lead teams with clear and measurable objectives.
- Experience with coaching teams to achieve commitment and motivation
- The ability to work with different teams across the business, helping design and influence different service solutions
- Willingness to challenge professionally and respectfully, working in a consultative manner to achieve the best outcomes for SSCL and their clients

**WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD**:

- Experience with transformation
- Familiarity with Contact Centres
- Experience of working with partners and building of relationships with trust and respect
