Laboratory Glassware Washer - 12 Month FTC

What is on offer?

We have an opportunity for a Laboratory Glassware Washer to join our Facilities department providing support to business operations and washing of Laboratory Glassware / Plastic / PTFE. This is a part time vacancy working Monday - Friday 13.15 to 17.00

Responsibilities & Skills
- Primary Role Laboratory Glass washing duties including glass, plastic and PTFE containers used in laboratory operations as per SOP
- Secondary Role General cleaning offices, laboratories, toilets, showers etc using various equipment and methods
- Report any incidents or accidents
- To wear any protective clothing provided by the Company
- Ensure safety in the workplace, ensuring compliance with all instructions relating to the use and storage of materials/equipment necessary for the performance of tasks.
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
- To undertake other tasks of an appropriate nature in consultation with your Line Manager.

Required Knowledge and Work Experience Essential
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Good attention to detail.
- Flexible working attitude
- Previous cleaning experience
- Current clean driving licence.
