Job Title: Weighbridge Administrator - Maternity Cover

Job Summary:
The Green Waste Company is a local, family run business with proven expertise in waste management. The company’s aim is to become a leading player in delivering continually improved recycling facilities. It currently serves, multinational, SME and sole trader businesses.

The Weighbridge Administrator will play a major role in the efficient administration of the business. Management of the weighbridge operation, invoicing of account and non-account customers, customer enquiries and sales administration for Lorry, Skip, and Grafter orders will play a major part in the role. In quieter times, you may be required to support in areas such as compliance and operations. Attention to detail, initiative, team-work and numerical skills are imperative to the position.

Essential Functions:

- Weighbridge and delivery administration
- Use of Xero or Invoicing systems
- Compliance with contractual partners
- Paper and electronic record keeping
- Support with accounts and business delivery
- Petty cash controls
- Vehicle and skip hire management.
- Day to day office essentials
- Environmental compliance
- Promoting driver responsibilities on-site
- Health and Safety compliance
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, and any customer-based systems.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
