Hca/phlebotomist

Moorfield House is a busy GP surgery with ~10,500 patients across LS25 & 26 (Garforth and Rothwell). Due to staff illness we are seeking an experienced HCA / Phlebotomist with recent or current experience of working within a GP practice. We are looking to cover full time hours (37 pw) which normally are over 4 days Mon-Thur for 2-3 months starting immediately.

**Responsibilities**:
General HCA duties within a GP environment to include:

- Basic wound care
- Blood sampling
- LTC including diabetes (foot checks)
- Urine dips

**Requirements**:

- Vac and Imms trained
- Able to draw bloods
- pass an enhanced DBS check

Ideally you will be comfortable with S1 and have an existing NHS Smart Card.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 - 37.5 per week
