**About the Agency**

As a local agency of NFU Mutual we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. We are a business where honesty, integrity, and trust are at the heart of our values. We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for.

**About the role**:
A customer facing role handling general Insurance enquiries, policy alterations and renewals. Selling new NFU Mutual insurance policies, initially Motor and Home policies, introduce NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers. You may also be required to undertake additional tasks or duties from time to time as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

**About you**:
A self-motivated individual you will show initiative, be organised, punctual with an eye for detail and excited to provide excellent customer service. You will be willing to follow a full desktop training program to meet the NFU Mutual required standards.
