Hobson Prior are looking for a Senior QA Associate professional to join a brilliant biotech corporation on a contract basis located in London. Our Client is focused on changing novel concepts and findings into remedies.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will maintain the quality system and execute tasks according to standards, GDP requirements, and local regulations.
- Ensure that initial and ongoing training programs are in place and maintained by the Responsible Person
- Ensure documentation is processed appropriately, records are accurate, timely, and complete.
- Provide support/approval for temperature excursions during transport or at the Logistics Service Provider (LSP).
- Manage deviations/CAPAs for quality issues and review distribution complaints.
- Provide customer approval and reapproval support.
- Provide support for replenishment orders sent via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to local LSPs.
- Provide support for the product complaint intake process.
- Responsible for overseeing the handling of Product Complaints.
- Maintain contact with complainants, the Quality Complaints Team, and third parties (as required).
- If necessary, notify complainants of the conclusion of their complaint.
- Analyze adverse events, medical information inquiries, and brand protection concerns.
- Provide assistance and support to internal quality compliance audits, global quality compliance audits, and inspections by Regulatory Authorities.
- Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to solve problems and implement continuous improvement practices.

**Key Skills**:

- A working knowledge of the principles and practices of Quality Assurance, Good Manufacturing Practice, and Good Distribution Practice is needed.
- A strong understanding of word processing, databases, and spreadsheets is required.
- A fluent command of the English language (it will be an advantage to be fluent in another language as well).

**Requirements**:

- Information and communication technology experience.
- An undergraduate degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences, or an equivalent degree, is required.
- The ability to demonstrate a certain level of professional expertise.
