Head Bartender

Moka Bar & Kitchen is an exciting new concept coming to Aberdeen offering exquisite cocktails paired with the best locally sourced produce in relaxed and friendly surroundings.

We are looking for an experienced Head Bartender / Creative to build and lead a motivated bar team, who all share the same vision for quality, presentation and consistency.

Strong cocktail making experience is essential along with the drive and enthusiasm to deliver levels of service that are second to none. An interest in social media and how best to present the excellent drinks you will prepare would also be advantageous but not essential.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aberdeen: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)
