Shop Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise a team of shop employees
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the shop
- Open and close the shop daily
- Train and develop employees to meet performance goals
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

**Skills**:

- Team management: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and paperwork
- Supervising: Experience in supervising employees and ensuring productivity
- Phone etiquette: Excellent phone manners to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages to assist diverse customer base
- Administrative: Ability to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
- Retail management: Knowledge of retail operations and best practices
- Bilingual: Fluency in two languages for effective communication with customers and employees
- Sales: Ability to promote products, upsell, and meet sales targets
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the team

Pay: £39,000.00 per year
