We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR EMEA team.

Our Global HR organization consists of HR Business Partners, Core services and Centers of Expertise. The Core Services are divided by region and this role resides under HR Core EMEA team based in different locations.

We support 15 countries, with a true diverse population and variety of roles. Our team strives to build partnerships & connections across the company, leverage our expertise, innovate & automate, so that we can drive organizational success and positively impact employees’ experience. The role offers a unique combination of payroll and HR advisor making it a varied role in which you will continue to keep learning & developing.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage autonomously the HR Services for 6 - 8 EMEA countries ranging from 1 - 35 employees- Seamlessly run payroll and benefits administration for the employees, including expatriates, in these EMEA countries- Act pro-actively as HR expert towards your other HR colleagues- Build partnerships with managers and employees and advise them on various topics such absences, benefits, local legislation, etc.- Take initiative to improve the service level of the HR Core team by innovation & automation- Follow-up on local legislation to ensure compliance- Contribute to projects:
- Compensation and benefit reviews in close cooperation with your international C&B colleagues-
- CI projects - we are continuously looking to innovate and automate to improve efficiency and the services we provideProfile- Min. of 5 years HR experience in payroll and benefits administration in an international environment- Strong analytical mindset- Understanding of payroll and employment law in several EMEA locations (Spain, Italy, UAE, South-Africa, Ghana)- Strong organization skills and stress resistant- Solution-oriented & pro-active- Not afraid of ambiguity and hands-on approach- Independent worker with self-initiative and eagerness to learn- Fluency in English is important, another language is a benefit (Spanish, French, Italian, German)- Good skills with tools such as excel, familiarity with Workday is an asset- Proven communication skills (also in writing)- Integrity, confidentially and discretion are essential
