Bakery Assistant

Part time Bakery Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and desserts
- Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as required
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Stock rotation

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment is not needed
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members

**Note: This position may require working early mornings, weekends, and holidays.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.69-£12.11 per hour
