The role:
Despatch Operative

Are you an Despatch Operative that has worked in Manufacturing and looking for a new challenge?

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Despatch Operative to join a well-known Manufacturing business based in Sheffield.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-12pm
Hourly Rate: £11.33

Key Responsibilities:

- Packing components ready for despatch
- Preparing parts for shipping to customers
- Packing, marking and moving components/parts around the site
- Ensuring all necessary documentation for goods received and despatched is completed correctly
- Ensure parts and shipping paperwork is prepared correctly and in advance ready for despatch on time including printing address labels and bar codes as required
- Ensure proof of despatch (i.e. shipping notes and despatch notes) are signed at the point of despatch

Skills & Experience;
- Must have manufacturing experience
- Must have experience of packing goods
- Must have experience using IT
- Must have strong administration skills
