The Team

The Role
The role will involve proactively managing your own caseload, assisting in the supervision of Solicitors and Paralegals at key points during their cases, and contributing to the lead cases.
Duties will include:

- Day to day conduct of a caseload of asbestos related disease claims
- Meeting clients and obtaining witness statements
- Preparing schedules of loss and damage
- Dealing with CFAs and funding
- Reviewing medical records
- Preparing of witness statements
- Preparing instructions to experts
