Paediatric Dietitian

Are you looking to get more experience as a Paediatric Dietitian and want to join a dynamic forward thinking team within a tertiary children’s hospital?

We are a large friendly department of Dietitians, supported by Dietetic Support Workers, Special Feed Unit staff and administration staff. You will have a fantastic opportunity to gain a broad experience in paediatric dietetics.

Our department is committed to student training, quality improvement, research and audit. We pride ourselves on our commitment to continuing professional development. All Band 6 staff are led and supervised by a Band 7 or 8 Advanced Specialist Dietitian.

You ideally should have at least one-year’s paediatric experience or have a good grounding in dietetics. However, we will also consider experienced adult Dietitians who have a passion to learn paediatrics within a tertiary unit. You must be enthusiastic and flexible. Additionally, you must be a good communicator and team worker who can self-direct your learning quickly. You should be computer literate.
