**Your new role**:
Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Team at Protocol Education Protocol Education is currently seeking to recruit trainee/unqualified teaching assistants for positions in Sunderland, South Tyneside, and Gateshead. We partner with a variety of schools that offer prospective teaching assistants the chance to work with students of all ages, including those in early years, primary, and secondary education. We provide comprehensive training throughout your tenure. Our focus is on finding individuals who are passionate about working with children of all age groups, have a comfort level in supporting special needs students, and are dedicated to making a positive impact on students' learning and development. While prior experience is not a requirement, we value commitment, passion, and dedication.

Here are the specifics of the role:

- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Engage with special needs students, including those with autism, speech and language difficulties, and learning challenges.
- Collaborate with a set class of 6 to 8 students per class.
- Enhance students' communication and social awareness.
- The opportunity to provide one-on-one support to boost individual students' learning.
- Support students in creative lessons, spanning areas such as art, music, and cooking.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
