E-commerce Assistant

**The Job: Full time, Monday - Saturday, 5 days over 6, 9am - 5pm**

This role is vital within our retail development team contributing to the success of our e-commerce business. We are looking for an enthusiastic online product lister to join us, based in Renfrew. Working as part of the retail development team, you will work with shop managers and volunteers to help grow and develop our e-commerce business.

**The role is based in Renfrew and may involve travel so a full UK driving licence is preferred.**

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service responding to online sales enquiries
- Achieving and maintaining an exceptional customer feedback score on eBay
- Identifying donated stock for listing online
- Researching items to gather information and pricing
- Photographing items for sale
- Uploading products to marketplaces via listing software
- Creating accurate listings that sell for a maximum amount
- Packing and dispatching orders
- Receiving and managing returns
- Processing refunds
- Assisting Shop Manager and volunteers with online queries
- Supporting the Shop Manager, e-commerce and retail teams as required
