Join us as a Performance Goal Lead
- This senior and influential role will see you delivering end to end colleague journeys and experiences while defining and delivering products and services
- You’ll develop and measure propositions so our colleagues can meet their goals, and ultimately deliver long term sustainable value and positive outcomes
- You’ll contribute to the delivery of a strong performance, defining and delivering our vision and strategy
- This role is available for a period of 12 months

**What you'll do**:
We’ll look to you to develop the end-to-end colleague journey experience, making decisions on resources and plans to prioritise and deliver within risk appetite while ensuring adherence to our policy, governance, and frameworks.

You’ll deliver colleague goals through a successful agile construct which embraces and embeds agile working and One Bank thinking to deliver brilliant colleague outcomes at pace. In doing so, you’ll champion agile leadership while translating strategy into operational management activities, ensuring that professional and agile capabilities meet the needs of the business and customers.

In addition to this, you’ll:

- Embed the colleague journey model to ensure that journey teams are proactively addressing blockers to success, identifying and harnessing synergies and championing a common framework that delivers brilliant outcomes
- Deliver all aspects of change coordination, continuous improvement, and the investment budget for the colleague journey, delivering simplification and driving associated benefit realisation
- Work closely with the relevant teams to enable a flexible resource that can be allocated across journeys to maintain consistent policies and frameworks
- Develop, coach, and empower the cross functional teams, ensuring colleagues can grow, experiment, learn, and enjoy the work they do
- Define, measure, and deliver the portfolio roadmap, targets, and product backlog

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with customer or colleague journey experience and a background in leading change through agile methodology. You’ll understand performance management within a regulatory environment, HR products and services, and how key areas across the business integrate to deliver strategy.

Along with demonstrable leadership and people management skills and the ability to lead, inspire, coach, and develop teams of professionals performing diverse activities, you’ll have extensive experience of transforming business through technology and agile ways of working

We’re also looking for:

- Well-developed skills in working collaboratively with, and influencing senior stakeholders
- The ability to simplify complex and conflicting tasks and policy positions, think strategically, and make sure that these are effectively managed and communicated
- In-depth experience of successfully delivering agile leadership
- Experience of successfully embedding a colleague journey enablement framework and delivering systemic colleague centric transformational change
- Proven experience in managing within a matrix environment, influencing teams to work collaboratively to meet common goals
- Experience of budget management
- Experience of relevant legal policies and regulatory and statutory obligations
