**Storage Operations & Inventory Management Lead**

**The Opportunity**
As the Storage Operations & Inventory Management Lead, you will report directly to the Site Operations Storage Service Manager, playing a crucial role in both strategic and tactical leadership for your assigned areas of facilities services. You'll support and stand in for team members, ensuring efficient forecasting and delivery of equipment and materials. Your work will be essential to meeting the safety, quality, time, and cost requirements of the HPC construction project.

**What you will be doing**
As our next Storage Operations & Inventory Management Lead, you’ll be responsible for directing the safe, timely and efficient provision of the Facilities Services in order to support a delay-free NNB construction programme. In order for us to achieve this goal, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Lead critical site facilities services for a construction workforce of approximately 12,000.
- Manage multi-level stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Provide operational support and leadership to NNB Delivery Leads for Storage Services.
- Define work scope for the Storage Services contract and manage interfaces with other project elements.
- Develop and execute strategies and tactical plans in line with the overall programme execution plan (PEP).
- Anticipate and resolve issues, identifying risks and facilitating their resolution.
- Prepare monthly reports covering safety performance, SLAs, KPIs, financials, forecasting, and planning.
- Oversee the safe and efficient management of HPC building and property assets.
- Supervise temporary works designs, installation, operation, maintenance, and equipment transportation.
- Maximize efficiencies and productivity with the Tier 1 contractor team to demonstrate value to NNB.
- Address technical and delivery concerns, developing effective solutions.
- Coordinate the delivery of facilities services, including safety, quality, neighbour relations, environmental management, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor contractor compliance and expedite timely completion of design and construction deliverables.
**Who you are**
To be our next Storage Operations & Inventory Management Lead, we’re looking for you to hold a degree or equivalent standard education, or recent relevant middle management experience at a similar level in a related industrial setting. You must possess technical experience and an understanding of industry standards for managing project storage, equipment preservation, packaging, and cargo transportation regulations. Full knowledge of CDM regulations is essential, along with a proven record in managing project storage, AIL cargo, care and maintenance, and transportation. Additionally, a demonstrated track record of successful delivery within a large project environment is required.
