**ABOUT THE POST**

This post is key to achieving London Met's goals of equity, inclusion
and student success, with responsibility to provide academic leadership
and high-level coordination in the provision of staff professional
development, advice and support for promoting and enabling digitally
enhanced education, as part of a central team led by the Director of
Teaching and Learning. The role includes expertly coordinating and
contributing to the design, delivery, quality assurance and evaluation
of training programmes, guides and resources for supporting academic
and associated professional-service areas in implementing the
University's Education for Social Justice Framework and other strategic
Learning and Teaching initiatives.

We are looking for new academic colleagues, people who reflect our
students' lived experience and who are strongly aligned with our values
of equity, inclusion and transformation through education.

You will be educated to Masters' degree level or higher and have
demonstrable experience in training academic staff in the use of
learning technologies and resources and in organising impactful
professional development activities. You will also have a strong
knowledge of current developments in digital education and a record of
active engagement in research and publication related to higher
education teaching and learning and/or the field of Educational
Development.
