The UK Community & Events Specialist position will provide an important connection between YETI and communities across the UK. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing EMEA and will focus on leveraging existing connections within communities in an effort to build awareness and affinity for our brand and products. Along with fostering relationships, you will help identify and engage ambassadors and brands that align with our community marketing strategy. You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, aren't afraid to take initiative and run with projects with varying levels of direction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the YETI EMEA team to grow the YETI brand regionally in the UK through campaigns, events, and community relationships
- Coordinate and organize relevant teams to deliver engaging trade and consumer events across the UK
- Maintain and build relationships with key community members within relevant pursuits through events
- Research and align with relevant brands by supporting events and integrating product
- Assist YETI in maintaining relevance and authenticity in the community
- Handle customer service needs in a timely manner for our UK ambassador community
- Assist with production and staffing of consumer-facing events on behalf of the YETI brand
- Process product orders, merchandising & shipping
- Support the EMEA Marketing leader in daily activities and the execution of the marketing event strategy across the UK
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Bachelor's degree is required
- At least 4 years of experience of interfacing and/or working in the sports and entertainment industry
- You must be able to handle and manage multiple relationships in a timely manner with the highest level of customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Goal oriented with high standards for excellence
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
