We design, manufacture and build our unique lodges in house, ensuring the highest quality accommodation. They are sited on our bespoke, landscaped parks across the UK.
**The Role: Head of Finance**
An exciting opening has arisen for a qualified Accountant to join our dynamic, agile leadership team as Head of Finance. This is a key position within our company, the role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Management of day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitoring and analysis of financial performance, cash flow projections and identification of areas of improvement
- Preparation of Management Accounts and reports for the FD and other board members
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Overseeing the preparation of the annual report and associated financial statements
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Management of relationships with third parties including HMRC, banks and external auditors where necessary
- Liaising with and advising department heads, particularly within the Manufacturing division
**Requirements**:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- At least 2years post qualified industry experience
- Ideally a background working within Manufacturing or Leisure sectors
- Driven and ambitious
- Leadership abilities, both in scope of project management and personnel development
**Job Details**:
- Full time, permanent
- Salary £55-65K per annum
- Office based with travel to satellite offices as necessary
**Salary**: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Work Location: In person
