We are a leading signage company in the UK, specializing in the design, production, and installation of high-quality signage solutions for a wide range of clients. We are currently seeking a Finance and Procurement Manager to join our team and oversee the financial and procurement operations of our company.

**Job Description**:
As the Finance and Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial and procurement operations of our company. You will work closely with the senior management team and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, procurement management, risk management, compliance management, and team management. You will also work closely with the advertising and marketing team to create and implement effective advertising and marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Manage the procurement process for the company, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.

Work with the advertising and marketing team to create and implement effective advertising and marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Identify and manage financial and procurement risks that may affect the company's operations.

Ensure that the company's financial and procurement activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Manage a team of finance and procurement professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and procurement management.

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Strong procurement management skills, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good understanding of advertising and marketing strategy.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Experience in the signage industry would be helpful but not necessary.

**Salary**: £25,391.13-£26,767.84 per year
