Responsibilities:

- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and funerals
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other decorative displays
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are fresh, visually appealing, and meet customer specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Experience working florist is preferred
- Ability to sell products and upsell additional services to customers
- Strong organizational skills to manage orders and workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
